这里的整个布局是用自定义的RadioGroup写的 两个RadioButton可以互斥点击 注意事项是RadioGroup里面只能有一个直接子ViewGroup 然后在里面自定义布局就可以了 里面的所有的RadioButton都会反射获取到并视为同一个组
