1. setting.xml中配置默认jdk：

在profiles标签中加入

<profile>    
    <id>jdk-1.8</id>    
     <activation>    
        <activeByDefault>true</activeByDefault>    
        <jdk>1.8</jdk>    
      </activation>    
    <properties>    
        <maven.compiler.source>1.8</maven.compiler.source>    
        <maven.compiler.target>1.8</maven.compiler.target>
        <maven.compiler.compilerVersion>1.8</maven.compiler.compilerVersion> 
    </properties>    
</profile>

2. setting.xml中配置阿里镜像

     <mirror>
        <id>alimaven</id>
        <name>aliyun maven</name>
        <url>http://maven.aliyun.com/nexus/content/groups/public/</url>
        <mirrorOf>central</mirrorOf>       
     </mirror>

3. 配置本地默认仓库

<!-- 自己的本地地址-->
<localRepository>D:\develop\maven\apache-maven-3.3.9\local_repository</localRepository>

4. 项目pom文件配置阿里云镜像

  <repositories>
    <repository>
      <id>alimaven</id>
