本文介绍了两种实现透明CStatic控件的方法。第一种方法通过重写CtlColor函数设置背景为透明。第二种方法增加了OnEraseBkgnd消息处理，通过双缓存技术减少闪烁，并在第一次显示时复制父窗口背景到内存DC。

These two methods can both implement a transparent CStatic.

But the second one can redunce flicker and flash.
