struts报错

使用struts时，注意struts.xml文件要放在WEB-INF\classes下，否则会报：

HTTP Status 404 - There is no Action mapped for namespace [/] and action name [hello] associated with context path [/struts2].

错误。
另外，如果url地址或者配置文件名写错，也可能会出现该错误。
