该工具主要用于包装其他java服务器端程序（比如tomcat，或者自己开发的java服务器程序），提供如下特性：
    * 作为windows服务或者unix守护进程运行；
    * 增强程序的可靠性，程序崩溃后的自动重启，比如内存溢出，虚拟机崩溃等造成JVM退出的监控和恢复运行（重新启动）；
    * 标准的，可独立使用的配置JVM参数的脚本；
    * 支持java应用程序重启JVM，比如应用程序修改了配置文件，或者重启系统避免内存溢出等问题；
    * 灵活的配置；
    * 简化应用程序的安装；
    * 记录日志。

自己在window2003系统上写的例子：
目录结构：
    E:/test/run_task
     --lib
       --项目里jar包包括wrapper.dll和wrapper.jar
     --res
       --wrapper.conf #wrapper配置文件
       --run_task.jar #自己要运行的main方法的jar包
       --wrapper.exe  #wrapper的exe运行程序
       --InstallApp-NT.bat #安装服务的批处理
       --PauseApp-NT.bat   #暂停该服务批处理
       --QueryApp-NT.bat   #查看该服务运行的状况批处理
       --ResumeApp-NT.bat  #重启该服务批处理
       --StartApp-NT.bat   #运行该服务批处理
       --StopApp-NT.bat    #停止该服务批处理
       --UninstallApp-NT.bat #卸载该服务批处理
       这些批处理都是从java service wrapper工具里面复制过来的，需要更改这些文件里面的配置wrapper.conf文件的路径
