wampserver安装后访问localhost出现http403错误

wampserver安装后，莫名其妙地出现http403错误，网上找了很多资料，大都是修改apache配置文件httpd.conf：

<Directory />
Options FollowSymLinks
AllowOverride None
Order deny,allow
Deny from all
</Directory>

改成

<Directory />
Options FollowSymLinks
AllowOverride None
Order deny,allow
Allow from all
</Directory>

但是修改后依然不行，问题应该不是出在这里。

费劲力气后终于找到个解决方案：

切换到在线状态后，问题解决了。
