makefile error :make: `newhope_kem' is up to date (已解决)

今天在编译makefile文件时出现一下错误：

QY:newhope512cca QY$ sudo make

make: `newhope_kem' is up to date.

解决方法就是加上“.PHONY: newhope_kem”如下图第十二行所示：
