更改shape文件字段名，提示"Failed to alter the name of the field"

使用ArcMap或ArcCatalog在shape文件上右键——属性——字段，更改字段名字，点击报错或应用提示"Failed to alter the name of the field"。

解决：添加新的字段，与原字段类型一致，将原字段数值赋予新创建的字段，删除原字段。
