pip安装librosa或audioread长时间无响应

环境：python3.6

公司内网pip安装librosa长时间无响应，其实是卡在了依赖audioread上，如果等得足够耐心就会等到如下报错：

Could'n find index page for 'pytest-runner' (maybe misspelled?)
Download error on https://pypi.org/simple/: [Errno 101] Network is unreachable -- Some packages may not be found!

真是脑壳疼。

所以，先安装 pytest-runner：

> pip install pytest-runner

然后安装librosa或audioread就非常快了。
