• Same problem here. In my case nobody else than me has access to our VM's than me, so there are no other users connected using RDP. The message shown is the following:

  

  As far as I know this is a known bug in Windows Server 2008 R2 due to a deadlock in the RDP service. Restarting the VM always "solves" the problem temporarily for a few days, but sooner or later it happens again (and of course it is not a solution at all).

  as you mentioned, it is possible you are experiencing the symptom described on the KB 2571388.

  We have a hotfix available, can you try to aplly it and report us the results?
