cygwin64找不到aclocal

把cygwin64/bin目录下的其他版本的aclocal复制一份重命名为aclocal即可，有些版本可能不适配，需要多试几个版本。

例如：aclocal1.16 改为aclocal
或者 aclocal 1.15改为aclocal
我的正好1.16版本不行，1.15版本OK
