libopenblasp报错: ImportError: ../site-packages/scipy/linalg/../../scipy.libs/lib

问题:

ImportError: /opt/conda/envs/../lib/python3.9/site-packages/scipy/linalg/../../scipy.libs/libopenblasp-r0-01191904.3.27.so: cannot read file data

解决:

网上说是numpy安装问题,尝试了conda uninstall numpy, pip uninstall numpy,pip install numpy,以及各种numpy卸载重装,依然报错。

最后发现重新安装scipy库可以解决问题。

# 卸载scipy
pip uninstall scipy

# 重新安装scipy
pip install scipy
