说明:
Ubuntu的版本为14.04 /16.04 ,64bit
安装的caffe仅用cpu,不依赖GPU(不用安装显卡驱动,不用安装cuda)
1.安装dependencies
sudo apt-get install libprotobuf-dev libleveldb-dev libsnappy-dev libopencv-dev libhdf5-serial-dev protobuf-compiler
sudo apt-get install --no-install-recommends libboost-all-dev
sudo apt-get install libatlas-base-dev
sudo apt-get install libhdf5-serial-dev
sudo apt-get install libgflags-dev libgoogle-glog-dev liblmdb-dev
sudo apt-get install python-dev
2.安装pip
sudo apt-get install python-pip
如果出错,错误叫你try “apt-get -f install”, 则按照提示
sudo apt-get -f install
sudo apt-get install python-pip
3.下载caffe
3.1安装git
sudo apt-get install git
3.2下载caffe
git clone https://github.com/BVLC/caffe.git
3.3 安装python依赖库
下载完的caffe文件夹在 ~/Download/caffe 或者~/caffe
执行以下命令
cd ~/Download/caffe/python
for req in $(cat requirements.txt); do pip install $req; done
4.安装caffe
4.1修改Makefile.config
首先复制模板的Makefile.config
cd caffe
cp Makefile.config.example Makefile.config
修改Makefile.config
-去掉# CPU_ONLY := 1前面的”#” : line 8
-添加hdf5的路径(与原来的用一个空格隔开) : line 90, line 91
/usr/local/include /usr/include/hdf5/serial
/usr/local/lib /usr/lib /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/hdf5/serial
# Whatever else you find you need goes here.
INCLUDE_DIRS := $(PYTHON_INCLUDE) /usr/local/include /usr/include/hdf5/serial
LIBRARY_DIRS := $(PYTHON_LIB) /usr/local/lib /usr/lib /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/hdf5/serial
4.2 make pycaffe
make pycaffe
make all
make test
make runtest
测试成功会显示: [ PASSED ] 1098 tests.
4.3配置Python Caffe路径
添加python路径到~/.bashrc文件
cd caffe/python
pwd
我的路径显示是: /home/chuny/Downloads/caffe/python
打开~/.bashrc
gedit ~/.bashrc
在最末尾添加
# add caffe python path
export PYTHONPATH=/home/chuny/Downloads/caffe/python:$PYTHONPATH
注意红色部分要改为你自己的路径,记得保存,执行刚刚修改的~/.bashrc文件
source ~/.bashrc
5.测试caffe
python
>>> import caffe
>>>
成功安装caffe!
如果出现错误:
cannot import skimage.io
sudo apt-get install python-skimage
就可以了
