1.下载：tcnative-1.dll；

下载地址：http://archive.apache.org/dist/tomcat/tomcat-connectors/native/1.1.0/binaries/win32/

2.将 tcnative-1.dll文件放到你的jdk安装目录的JRE\bin或者tomcat的bin文件夹下。

3 重启tomcat
