1. For a Book:
A. Bibliography
Guidelines:
 Author’s family name, followed by initials
 Date of publication
 Title (in italics)
 Place of publication
 Publisher
Examples:

B. Footnote
Guidelines:
 Author’s family name, followed by initials
 Title (in italics)
 Publisher
 Chapter
 Page
