修复Gradle 7.0仓库地址不安全警告

Could not set unknown property ‘allowInsecureProtocol’ for extension ‘android’ of type com.android.build.gradle.LibraryExtension.

在Android Gradle 7.0 setting 中配置maven 仓库，会提示以下报错信息：
