【Exception】mysqldump: Error 2013: Lost connection to MySQL server during query when dumping table...

今天备份mysql数据时，碰到Error 2013的错误，一起来看一下是什么原因吧！

案发现场

-bash-4.1$ mysqldump -uroot -p1234456 tpcms > ~/mysql-backup/tpcms.sql
mysqldump: [Warning] Using a password on the command line interface can be insecure.
mysqldump: Error 2013: Lost connection to MySQL server during query when dumping table `cms_basic` at row: 237

原因分析

dump的数据量太大，超过了设置的timeout时间

下面执行查询可以看到，net_read_timeout为30秒，net_write_timeout为90秒

解决方案

将timeout的值调大以后,就可以正常dump了

mysql> set global net_read_timeout = 120; 
Query OK, 0 rows affected (0.00 sec)

mysql> set global net_write_timeout = 900;
Query OK, 0 rows affected (0.00 sec)
