Here, we will use the integers 0, 1, and 2 to represent the color red, white, and blue respectively.
Note: You are not suppose to use the library's sort function for this problem.

Input: [2,0,2,1,1,0] Output: [0,0,1,1,2,2]
This problem can be solved by Rainbow Sort algorithm. We should maintain three pointers, left, cur, right. Left pointer means the element before it is all 0, the element between left and right means uncertain elements. The element after right pointer means the element is all 2. Cur is the traverse pointer.
