CentOS 7 不能使用 yum，报错Could not retrieve mirrorlist

新装了CentOS 7 系统，准备安装些软件，发现报错

经过一番调查，发现系统默认的Centos-Base.repo里没有给定镜像仓库，引用的地址都是注释掉的。

需要把每个模块里的baseurl更新成下面类似的，如将baseurl=http://vault.centos.org/centos/ $v ers i o n / e x t r a s /$ basearch/ 改成 “baseurl=http://vault.centos.org/centos/7.9.2009/extras/$basearch/”
