出现以上错误的话，打开E:\php\xampp\apache\conf\extra，这里的前面路径是你安装xampp的路径，然后在里面找到httpd-ssl.conf这个文件，打开，然后找到Listen 443，将其修改为Listen 444，然后重启apache，即可启动成功
